Post Grad ProgramOur Post-Grad Program gives athletes the extra time to be read for the next level. The program builds graduates into fierce competitors through our mental, technical and physical performance programs. Having a full day to train, and extra time for college prep can be an ideal way to get ready for collegiate volleyball.
I’m privileged to work with our athletes. We've built the program based on our coaching philosophy. Our methodology has produced some of the best college volleyball players in the country.
What programs do we offer?
Our full-time volleyball program offers two types of training for all athletes. Choosing a beach only program the players will participate in two beach volleyball sessions a day. For those who would like to still participate in indoor activities, a “hybrid program” will be a great fit. That option consists of one indoor volleyball session and one beach volleyball session per day. If you are still not sure which sport you would like to pursue in college the hybrid program will help you to make a decision.
What are the special performance sessions?
In addition to volleyball academy training, junior volleyball players will be given the chance to train with the best players and to engage in match-play, Strength & Conditioning, mental training, video analysis and player analysis as well as nutrition sessions.
What is our club platform?
Club is the competitive platform for indoor players to be seen by college coaches. Competitions consist of USAV and/or AAU tournaments from December through May.
How does the recruiting process work?
RPS has perfected a method of planning and mapping the most important years for the recruitment of each student-athlete individually. We will work one-on-one with the student to create a personalized plan that fits their needs and is helpful to have the highest success of recruitment.

Ellie Neville Georgia State University
Ellie officially began full time training with the academy in the Fall of 2020. From that point on, her game jumped to a completely different level. The training staff works really had to establish a solid working relationship with the athletes, this in turn helps bring out the best in them.
Ellie thrived while training at the academy. Watching her steady evolution in the sport she loves was reinforcement for us that she belonged there. I watched her physical game change, as well as her mental game. The academy doesn't incorporate a one-dimensional training strategy. They work on the physical, the mental, the strategic and all of the additional pieces needed to be a successful student athlete! We are so thankful for the opportunity to have Ellie train there.
In addition to the incredible training, Ellie has created friendships that will last a lifetime. Thank you. We are forever grateful!!
